This strikingly handsome establishment emits an immeasurable amount of simultaneous class and comfort. Downtown and upscale, Mimosa Grill has an atmosphere of bold, timeless elegance—from the elegant patio, patrons overlook a broad public plaza of bubbling fountains, eye-catching art, and bustling businesspeople.

Executive Chef Tom Condron's inventions change with the seasons but are always impressive yet quite approachable, and the establishment uses only the freshest locally and regionally grown ingredients. Outstanding examples include the Georgia hushpuppies stuffed with rock shrimp and crawfish and topped with crispy leeks and Creole tomato coulis, perhaps followed by pecan-crusted Snake River Idaho trout with peach chutney, honey-lemon butter, green beans, and creamy whipped potatoes.
